Join us on this small group escape where we pick up at downtown Asheville, NC hotels.  Prepare yourself to be amazed with the abundant natural scenery as we leave the city and traverse the Blue Ridge Pkwy.  We tour one of the most scenic roadways through National Forest land and will begin to understand the diversity of flora and fauna that make this area so special.  After we take in the views from astonishing ridge lines, we allow time for short walks to pristine waterfalls before we descend and experience the rivers and waterways that make up the valleys once used for logging.  Find out how this all ties into the beginnings of the Biltmore Estates before we enter the land of waterfalls for a 2-mile walk to some of the most impressive waterfalls in the Southeast. We enjoy local snacks and pastries before returning to your downtown lodging location.
